Measuring PrincipleMeasurement of chlorine dioxide concentration based on the principle of measurement of the overlay methodCUS71D-AA2A.Chlorine dioxide (ClO2) in the medium diffuse through the sensor overlay, in the gold cathode is reduced to chloride ions (Cl-); in the silver anode CCS142D-AAS80, silver is oxidized to silver chlorideCUS71D-AA1A.The gold cathode releases the electronsCUS40D-AA1B1B2+F2, the silver anode receives the electrons, forming a current loop, the loop current is related to the chloride residual electrode in the mediaCCS240-N Determining Instrument CCS141-P. - Chlorine dioxide sensor - CCM223-EK0005/CM223-ES0005 transmitter - Measuring cable

- Flow-through mounting bracket CAS40D-AA1C1B3+F2

- Reference meter for chlorine dioxide measurement based on the DPD method CCS240-P

- The flow rate must not fall below 30 l/h (7.9 US.gal/h). When the flow rate falls below 30 l/h (7.9 US.gal/h) or the fluid* stalls CCS241-P, an inductive proximity switch detects this condition, triggers an alarm signal and locks out the dosing pump, stopping the dosing of the CCS241-N. The dosing of the CCS241-N is stopped when the flow rate falls below 30 l/h (7.9 US.gal/h).

- When media needs to be returned to a buffer tank, line or similar vessel CCM253-EK0005, ensure that the resulting back pressure on the sensor remains constant and does not exceed 1 bar (14.5 psi).

- Negative pressure on the sensor must be avoided CLM253-IS0005 e.g. pump backsiphonage resulting in media return CCM223-EP0005.
