Proline Promag H 300 DN50 — batching and main transfer lines

A 2-inch hygienic main carries the volume that decides yield: one blending batch, one tanker load, one shift of filling. This DN50 instrument is the working size for those lines, and it replaces mechanical or turbine meters without changing the pipe run.

Batching performance

Volume totaliser in the transmitter, so the batch can be cut on the meter rather than on a separate controller
±0.5 % o.r. ±1 mm/s as standard, tightened to ±0.2 % o.r. ±2 mm/s when the option is selected
Full-bore PFA liner, no constriction: pumping cost stays where it was before the meter was fitted
Stable zero point after CIP and SIP cycles, which is what keeps repeat batches inside tolerance

Signals for your control system

4-20 mA HART for the primary flow value, with HART diagnostics available to the PLC or asset system
Pulse or frequency output for totaliser handover to a batch controller
Status output for empty pipe, limit or alarm signalling
Up to three I/Os configurable in one compact transmitter, which often removes an external signal converter

Retrofit notes

Same hygienic connection family as the other Promag H sizes, so a skid can standardise on one sensor type
Backlit display with touch control and WLAN access; a remote display variant is available where the pipe sits behind cladding
Heartbeat Technology supports verification without removing the sensor from the line
Existing 5H3B50 installations can stay in place; this order code is a separate configuration, not a replacement part number
