Proline Promag H 300 DN65 — high-throughput filling and dairy mains

At 2.5 inch the constraint is no longer resolution but throughput: how many litres per hour the line can move before the meter costs pressure, and how quickly the filling head can be re-commissioned after a product change. This build addresses both, and is the size used on dairy, juice and beverage mains feeding high-speed fillers.

Throughput and pressure loss

  • Full-bore design with PFA liner: the meter adds no constriction, so line pressure is spent on product, not on the sensor
  • Series measuring span reaches 600 m³/h, with the achievable band set by the DN65 bore
  • Bidirectional measurement independent of pressure, density, temperature and viscosity, so recipe changes do not need recalibration
  • Suitable for filling-line start/stop patterns where the flow profile is far from fully developed

Commissioning with the touch display

  • Backlit display with touch control and WLAN access: parameters can be set from a tablet without opening the housing
  • Remote display option for instruments installed inside cladding or on a mezzanine
  • Compact dual-compartment housing, access from one side, IP69 for washdown areas
  • Heartbeat Technology provides a verification record for QA without dismantling the line
