The MFA 4P motion interruption alarm controller is a high-sensitivity single set point motion sensor alarm device used for MSP and XPP probes. It can detect changes in motion and speed of rotating and reciprocating mechanical conveying equipment. It can issue a warning when the device fails and send a shutdown signal through contacts when decelerating or malfunctioning. Its feasibility makes it an effective method for protecting valuable process equipment.
Single set point systems are suitable for most industrial applications. This universal device can be used on equipment such as tail pulley shafts, driven pulleys, motor shaft sensing, belt conveyors or scraper conveyors, screw conveyor scrapers, bucket elevators, fans, and pumps.
One feature of MFA 4P is its adjustable 0-60 second delay, allowing monitoring devices to accelerate to normal operating speed before starting monitoring. Multiple probes can be used to adapt to special requirements, including high temperatures and corrosive environments. CE certification enables MFA 4P to consistently meet the requirements of mining, concrete and cement, as well as other primary and secondary industries.
